1 Information on the collection of personal data

1.1  //  Below you will find information about the collection of personal data when you use our website. Personal data are all data that relate to you personally, e.g. your name, address, e-mail address(es), user behaviour, etc.

1.3  //  If you contact us via e-mail or using our contact form, we will store the data you submit to us (your e-mail address and, where applicable, your name and phone number) in order to answer your question. Once we no longer need to save them, we will delete the data that we collect in this context, or limit its processing if we are legally obligated to retain them for any reason.

1.4  //  If any of the individual functions of our website involve third-party service providers or if we want to use your data for marketing purposes, we will inform you of the respective processes below in detail. We will also specify the defined criteria of the retention period below.

3 Collection of personal data when you visit our website

3.1  //  If you are only using our website for informational purposes, meaning you do not register with us or send us any personal information in any other way, we will only collect the personal data that your browser sends to our servers. If you want to view our website, we will collect the following data, which are technically required in order to display the contents of the website and ensure stability and security (the legal basis for this is Article 6(1)(1)(f) of the GDPR):

We store these data for a period of time between 7 days and a maximum of 12 weeks. The data are then automatically deleted.

3.2  //  In addition to the aforementioned data, cookies are saved on your computer when you visit our website. Cookies are small text files that are saved on your hard drive and assigned to the browser you used to view our website. Cookies allow certain information to be sent to the entity that installed the cookie (in this case us). Cookies cannot run programs or transmit viruses to your computer. They are used to make websites more user friendly and effective overall.

4 Additional functions and offers on our website

5 Objection or withdrawal of consent to the processing of your data

6 Google Fonts

6.1  //  Our website uses Google Fonts. These are fonts provided by Google that are intended to ensure that our website is displayed as consistently as possible on different devices. For this purpose, connections to Google servers in the US will be established the first time you visit our website and afterwards at various intervals. As a result, Google sees which website and IP address is accessing the Google Fonts and can draw conclusions as to which IP address has visited which website.

6.2 //  Google Fonts are provided by Google LLC. Google LLC can be reached via Google Dublin, Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, Fax: +353 (1) 436 1001.

6.3  //  Further information about why and to what extent data are collected and processed by the plugin provider can be found in the provider’s privacy policy. There, you will also find further information about your rights as well as configuration options for protecting your privacy: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en Google also processes your personal data in the US and justifies this processing on the basis of the EU Commission’s standard contract clauses.

6.4  //  The legal basis for the use of Google Fonts is Article 6(1)(1)(f) of the GDPR. Our legitimate interest results from the desire to have our website be displayed as uniformly as possible across different devices and therefore to have an efficient web design.

7 Profiling

We do not use automated individual decision-making including profiling pursuant to Article 22(1 and 4) of the GDPR.

8 Voluntary provision of personal data

The provision of the aforementioned personal data is always voluntary. However, it is not technically possible to use our website without an IP address.

9 Right of modification

9.1  //  We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy with effect for the future when we change our website or when technical or legal changes require us to do so.
