We work with people, not organisations. And we care about their well-being.
Relationships built on trust
Check-ins instead of reports and genuine interest. We strive for partnerships on equal footing.
Long-term support
As a foundation, we want to move away from project-based funding and towards long-term, unallocated funding.
Networking and more
We offer networking meetups, help our partners find co-funding, and schedule regular meetings where we can check in and communicate.
